Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your swimsuit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@swimbas.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days , Shipping and 14% tax will be deducted 

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your swimsuit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@swimbas.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or color you would like. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
  • Shipping: For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
